CIDAN Capital Microfinance Limited (CCMFL) was incorporated on the 9th of January 2015 as a Limited Liability Company and licensed by the Bank of Ghana on the 21st of July 2016 as a Tier 2 Deposit-Taking Microfinance Institution to engage in Microfinance services including Savings, Loans and Investments
CCMFL is wholly owned by VITALITY Health Insurance LTD, a member of the CIDAN Group Limited (CGL), a Holding Company incorporated in Ghana with investments in various sectors including Investment Banking, Health Insurance, Real Estate and Oil & Gas.
