Helen is a Non-Executive Director of CCMFL and Marketing and Finance Executive by Profession. She is also a Non-Executive Director of CIDAN Investments Limited and the Chief Executive Officer of VITALITY Health Systems, a private commercial health insurance firm.

She has over fifteen (15) years of experience, having worked at senior and managerial levels with various companies. Helen worked as the Head of Marketing at Unique Insurance Company; Marketing Manager at Prestige Motors; and a Manager of the Overseas Department at the former Ghana Airways. Helen also worked as a Marketing and Research Analyst with Unilever Ghana Limited, Ecobank Ghana Limited and Enyidado Industries where she was involved in a variety of projects including business plans, feasibility studies, and marketing research in the agricultural, manufacturing and services industries. In addition, she also had a stint with Skjodt Barrett in Canada.

Helen holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance and a First Class Bachelor of Science Degree in Administration with Specialization in Marketing from the School of Administration (now University of Ghana Business School), University of Ghana.

Helen has attended various seminars both in Ghana and Abroad on Marketing, Finance, Management and Insurance. She also sits on a number of Boards in Ghana.
