Paul has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of CIDAN Capital Microfinance Limited since January, 2018. He is a Lecturer by profession with over 18 years’ experience. He is currently a Senior Lecturer and Dean at the Faculty of Business Administration, Pentecost University College, Ghana. He has previously served as: Head of Management Studies Department, Pentecost University College, Ghana; Tutor at the Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia; Visiting Lecturer at the Valley View University College; Statistician at the Ghana Statistical Service; Tutor at the City Business & Commercial College, Accra and he was the Special Assistant to the Personnel Manager at the Ghana Ports & Harbours Authority.

Paul holds a PhD. in Economics from the Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia. He also holds an MPhil.  in Economics from the University of Ghana, Legon and a BA. in Economics with Geography from the University of Ghana, Legon.
